The split between Cristiano Ronaldo and Irina Shayk has been heavily linked to the unconfirmed growing romance between the model and actor/WWE Superstar The Rock.







Ronaldo caused stirs of emotional distress and signs of frustration on the pitch against Cordoba on Saturday with an off-the-ball challenge on Brazilian defender, Edimar; an unRonaldo-like attitude which earned him a straight red.



Tongues wagged, fingers pointed to the break-up which was just two weeks old, as the cause for his outburst.
